The Tour is coming to a close, but not before World Time Trial Champion Fabian Cancellara puts his stamp on the final time trail.

Tip: Make sure you remember that the final riders in the Tour de France time trial, leave at 3:00min intervals, as opposed to 1:00min intervals. It will surely help with your planning.

This is a great capture – I’ve been watching every day and realize how hard it must be to scout out a good spot with good light, clean backgrounds and no people getting in the way.
Great composition and clean background – the partial lighting in really adds great depth to the shot!
Thanks Scott!
Yeah, it is very hard. Harder than I am willing to work sometimes. This one worked out pretty well, the TT course was about a block from our hotel so it was easy to access. I had to find an alley way that let a sliver of light through to illuminate the rider. Then I can to nail my timing. I was able to practice with some riders earlier on the course, so I was warmed up.
Thanks again Scott, always good to hear from you.
Hey Justin! Welcome back, and great photo with your new camera. I used to take criterium photos, and understand the difficulties — NICE!
Thanks for the greetings! It is very hard work, especially without a press pass and a moto. You only get one chance. We missed Lance because of our planning. Good thing we saw him in 2004. Take care!
Awesome as always! And one of my favorite riders. Thanks for all the encouragement while we were across the pond.
No sweat Danno! Looking forward to your images.
