Merry Christmas

What a year! is coming up on its two year anniversary. I want to thank everyone who visits regularly, asks questions, and leaves a comment. Wether it is here, Twitter, Tumblr, or Facebook I’m listening and the feedback motivates me to continue to push my own creative vision. However, more importantly, I hope helps you pursue yours.

One of the perks of running a blog, is you get to dialogue with a bunch of interesting folks. Here are a few of my favorites. Whether they know it or not, 2011 has something exciting in store for them. Hopefully I will be able to go on a photo-walk with a couple of these guys too.

Recharging: I will be taking a break from the regular posts over the holidays. Not only am I working on new videos, site updates, and a couple of reviews, I want to spend sometime learning a few new techniques. I have a couple domestic projects on the agenda as well. I will still be sharing my iPhoneography on, and some cool things I find on Twitter, but for the most part I will be recharging for what hopes to be a promising 2011! Thanks again for the continuing support. It means a lot to me.

Here are a few of my favorite images from 2010…..

  8. Justin –

It is amazing to see what you accomplished with your images in 2010 – they span the spectrum in technique and each is spectacular. My favorite, if I were to pick one was perhaps the easiest for you – the bicyclist. It is tack sharp with great exposure, composition and control for depth of field. After that one was the “otter’s wing” just because of the awesomeness of the view from that high up of the Alaska Range.

Well done my friend, looking forward to 2011 and all you will share with us from behind your lens!
