Sunrise At Bryce Point

Sunrise At Bryce Point

I hope everyone had a great weekend! I spent a good part of it working on my next movie. I am guessing it is still a month out, but I think you will like it. I am trying to make it using a minimal budget. Why? I am always trying to make creativity accessible to as many people as possible. I hope with this new movie, I can share with you a way to make inspiring without having to break the bank.

Today’s Image: It was cold when I made this image. A lot colder than I thought it would be. However, like all good photographers I shivered, rubbed my hands together, and tried to make some image. If you are ever in Bryce, here’s the skinny. Sunset at Inspiration Point. Sunrise at Bryce Point. Trust me, you can’t go wrong!

Newsletter: I had a great meeting this weekend with the designer of our upcoming “Good Newsletter”. I’m totally excited about it, and can’t wait to share it with you. I should be ready by June, so make sure to sign up so you don’t miss it!

You had to get there early to secure a spot along the fence. Apparently, I was shivering, this photo is a it shaky.

  1. Justin ~

    Brrr….but what a great image!

You are getting more refined in your HDR my friend…..the processing is awesome!

  2. Stellar processing and comp. I hope you were wearing mittens for this shot ;)

  3. People always wonder why I’m up early and stay out late and venture out in weird weather to take a picture. When you finally produce an image that makes people say “Wow!” it makes it all worth while. Wonderful image, Justin! It was worth the shivering.

  4. Sweet shot! Really looking forward to your next movie!

  5. Bryce Point is a wonderful sunrise location. I spent a very cold morning there a year past in February and got a bunch of very nice images. My sunrise “starburst” wasn’t as good as this one though since we had a lot more low cloud on the horizon that day.

  6. Great capture Justin!

  7. Beautiful! Love the sunburst!

  8. Thanks everyone, I totally appreciate the comments.
