I really didn’t know what to say after the loss of Steve Jobs. I never knew him personally. I never even met him. I was only remotely acquainted with him because of the passion and brilliance of his labor. After giving it some thought, had I ever met him, I hoped I would have thanked him for making the world a little bit better. If he were to ask how, I simply would have said “…..by letting me share photos with my loved ones”. I know it’s simple, however when you come down to it, all that we have in life are the relationships we build and maintain. Being able to email, post, or text a photo to a friend or family member is a beautiful way to foster and preserve the one true gift in this world. Thanks Steve!
That being said, I thought I would share a few recent road trip photos that Steve made possible. All the following images were made somewhere between DIA (Denver International Airport) and and Battle Mountain, Nevada. The road trip actually started in Salt Lake City, UT. I still argue that there isn’t a better camera for a good old fashioned road trip that the iPhone. So I ask you today, if you have an image or images from a favorite road trip or adventure of yours, please leave a link to it and a rough outline of the trip so others can enjoy it. We aren’t talking images of the Taj Mahl here, I want to see images of the Waffle House! Also, it doesn’t have to be iPhone images. It isn’t about the technology, it’s about making the world a better place by sharing your little corner of it!
I hope everyone has a great weekend! We will see you back here on Monday. The muse is stirring in me, so who knows what I have in store for us?
