Nothing would be cooler than piloting a fast and maneuverable jet through massive cloud formations. I often wonder what it would be like. Would you be able to see definition in the canyons formed by the clouds, or would it be a indistinguishable mess? In my dreams, I see massive canyons of brilliant white textures you can explore. What do you think…beautiful puffy canyons or indistinguishable mess?
Today’s Pic This is a photo of the brush planes they use to taxi climbing expeditions to Denali with. I shared it with you because it illusrates another reason to carry a zoom lens along in your bag. An image like this isn’t possible to make without a little reach. I shot this one while having some lemonade on the deck of lodge near the Talkeetna airport. If you’d like to see what the flight was like, you can here.

Very nicely captured and composed Justin. Nice use of the negative space. I marvel at these Alaskan pilots – they are very skilled.
Nice one. The clouds have such a painterly look and the plane pops and creates a good feeling of depth.
