I made this image on the last day of the USA Pro Challenge. Because the course was in my hometown, I knew it very well. I was looking for an image that told the story of the time trial (an individual’s race against the clock) taking place within a major city. My goal was to find a scene that positioned an isolated rider within the context of towering buildings. This is what I found.
