Today was a beautiful day of cycling. It was probably one of the most beautiful I have ever witnessed. I have many images to share, which I will in due time. However, it is this image that tells the tale of today’s stage. George Bennett suffered today. He put his body through suffering that many of us will never experience. He did so not for individual glory, but for the glory of his team.
In light of recent stories, I wanted to share with you the cycling I know. The cycling where one man endures pain beyond comprehension only to help his team achieve its goal.
