Howdy everyone! I hope your day is starting off right. Here is the another look at an image before it hits Ligtroom 4 (below) and after (above). Next week I’ll show you a few more radical examples, but this is still a good example of the difference the digital darkroom can make. In this image, I used a graduated neutral density filter to darken the sky a bit and balance the exposure. Then I boosted the blacks and clarity to help with the colors. Finally, I adjusted a few hue sliders to create the beautiful golden light you see here.
Question for you… Should I put together an online course about Lightroom 4 similar to my Snapseed course. Would anyone be interested in something like that if it was reasonably priced?

What this image needs is a few sunflowers! Nicely done Justin!
Your exactly right! Thanks for the laugh Jim.
Yes, that would be great if you developed a course for LR4. Count me in!
Thanks Robert, I might have to put something together!
That would be great. Do you use aperture as well?
I find that pretty good as well
Howdy Jeff, thanks for the feedback, but I don’t use Aperture. I moved from Aperture to LR about 3 years ago.
Yes to a LR4 class. I’m in.
Cook Kim, thanks for the feedback!
Hey Justin, that would be very cool! I also JUST moved to LR4 from Aperture. I have a lot to learn!
i’ve taken some LR4 classes through another venue, but something tells me you’d make it more user friendly……i’d be in!
