Something I often forget, especially when presented with an opportunity to photograph from a tall building, is a telephoto lens. Well, not this time. I made sure to bring along my 70-300. Longer focal length lenses are great to photograph the distant horizon. Having the sunrise directly behind the air traffic control tower at Denver International Airport was pretty darn lucky.
